The Leaning Tower of Pisa is a freestanding bell tower of the cathedral of the Italian city Pisa. It is known worldwide for its nearly four-degree lean, the result of an unstable foundation. The approx. 60 m high tower was built in the 12th century and houses seven bells. Nowadays it’s possible to climb the tower.
